Return / Exchange Request

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and smoothly. Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Kolkata: Within 1 day from dispatch
• West Bengal (Outside Kolkata): 2–3 days from dispatch 
• Rest of India: 4–5 days, depending on location
   

Under normal conditions, all orders are delivered within 4–5 days from dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Fill out the Return / Exchange Request Form on our website. 
• Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for the request.
• Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
   

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.
